Marina West gets good investors' response
Manama

Marina West, Bahrain’s iconic new residential development on the Kingdom’s West coast, has received a steady stream of interest from potential buyers from Bahrain, around the region, and worldwide.

This interest has recently picked up with a notable increase in the number of apartment inquiries being received by Marina West’s exclusive agent ’Asteco’ especially during the exhibitions' tour around the GCC.

So far this year out of the total number of apartments sold, approximately 40 per cent of the apartments in Marina West were bought by Bahrainis, most of them end users who decided to move and live in Marina West.

Abdul hameed Aryan – Marina West, future resident said: “In Marina West, we have a house that meets all our needs, I don’t need to go outside Marina West since it offers us most of our daily needs from restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, pools, beaches, a hotel, a spa and many other amenities.”

25 per cent Saudis and expats who live and work in eastern province have purchased an apartment due to the excellent location only 5 minutes from the King Fahad Causeway, Tarek Shurab – Marina West, future resident and investor said.

“ I bought two apartments one for my family and the second for a long term investment, when I first saw the project location and went through the maps and images immediately I start dreaming about living there and that’s how I made my decision on spot and bought my two bedroom apartment then later on I purchased the second apartment for an investment after realising and witnessing how successful the project is.”

One of the buyers Jhon Parry said: "I have been living and working in Dubai for 10 years, and I used to visit Bahrain from time to time for a change along with my wife and kids. My wife has always been trying to convince me to move to Bahrain, but I never was tempted to do so. Deep inside me, there was a nostalgia for a homelike place."

"Marina West amazingly responded to that need inside me. A beautiful dreamlike image: as a concept, location and facilities. My Wife says that Marina West made her dream come true. I say that is a second home that has finally been found."

“You not only purchase a residence when you buy one of Marina West’s apartments, you also buy a lifestyle that is unique in Bahrain.  The way the development is designed, no matter what your preference is in terms of location, size or height, you can find something to suit you and meet your needs."

"Also, purchasing a unit is made easier by the allowance of expatriate ownership, Marina West’s internal finance scheme, and the various mortgage providers we have partnered with to make buying a marina lifestyle accessible to everyone.,” said Mahmood Janahi , Marina West managing director.

As Bahrain’s first and unique gated high rise residential beachfront community, Marina West will be set in tranquil and idyllic surroundings on the Kingdom’s West coast.

In addition to breathtaking views, residents will be able to enjoy comprehensive recreational facilities and entertainment as well as the convenience of an extensive and high quality retail offering.-TradeArabia News Service
