Adipec has confirmed participation of panelists Mohamed Badri of Schlumberger, Joe Leone of Shell, Gilles Bitoun of Total and Al Riddle of Baker Hughes in one of the most anticipated topics of the conference.
Adipec 2008, one of the largest international petroleum exhibitions and conferences in the world is organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers and will be held from November 3 to 6 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The organisers said the topic 'Technology Deployment in a Collaborative Environment' under the conference 'Working together to Deliver Sustainable Growth: Innovative Teams and Technology Deployment’ is one of the most anticipated among all conferences.
The conference, which will be moderated by Anass Al Chalabi of Weatherford, will now have the participation of Badri, Leone, Bitoun and Al Riddle as panelists.
The Adipec 2008 will host more than 200 international speakers delivering keynote addresses and participating in executive panels, 26 technical presentations, poster sessions, 10 panel discussions and plenaries.
The Peak Production Debate Panel, to be moderated by Nansen Saleri from the Leading Reservoirs Consultancy, and formerly of Aramco will have Rick Vierbuchen of ExxonMobil, Waleed Al Mulhim of Saudi Aramco, Yoshikazu Kobayashi of The Institute for Energy Economics, and Christophe Ruehl of BP as panelists.
Chris Ball of Occidental and John Mills of Shell are confirmed panelists for ‘Future Gas Development’ which will be moderated by Andrew Vaughan of Shell.
